Spring Time....

Id have to say that spring is my FAVORITE season..I think it's because by the time winter ends I'm SOO sick of being stuck inside or freezing when we go outside, lol. Steven started his new work schedule and it's made for some long days for me and Noah but we'll get used to it. I've been trying to keep him busy by going to play groups which has been great. I think it's great for him to be socialized with other kids around his age and I'm hoping to make some good friends out of it :) lol. Yesterday was Stevens first day off this week and we did a lot of fun stuff. First thing we did was in the morning we joined the play group at the fire station for "touch a fire truck" Noah got to see the trucks and go in them and spray the huge water hose, he was in lil boy heaven, he's real into trucks and cars right now.

Then we left there and went and grabbed an early lunch and headed for the park. It was a beautiful 85 to 90 DEGREE day!! lol. We decided to go down to the nature center and let Noah play on the lil playground there, he loved doing monkey bars and the firemens pole(with the help of daddy of course!). The river there is beautiful! Then we went from there and decided we wanted to drive out to the lake, we hadnt done that since we lived here...so we drove out there and found that it's only about 10 min from our house, lol. So we are hoping to make a few trips down there this summer to have fun. Noah crashed out in the car, apparently we wore him out, which was the goal but i was hoping we'd make it home before he passed out..

So we ended up just keeping the windows down and letting him sleep, while we stayed by the car of course. From here, we headed home to relax for a bit. Then we decided to go walk around down town for a lil bit which ended up not being so fun cuz it seems they are doing construction on every corner which caused the sidewalks to be closed, and my awesome jogger stroller also broke this week so I was using my lil piece of crap one :(. So when we were leaving down town I saw the library and asked Steven to stop in there. We were looking for a book when we looked over and Noah had found a book completely on his own, it was SOO funny, we laughed so hard, so we had to share...

Isnt that hilarious?! LOL!!! After the library we went home and really relaxed while Steven went to worship team practice at church for a couple of hours. When Steven got home we grilled up some steaks to finish our gorgeous spring day :). I also wanted to upload some pics of Noah about a week ago at the park...
